In this role, you will have the opportunity to: Collaborate within a cross-functional team, leveragingyourexpertise todelivertransformative capabilities for IDT's oligo synthesis platforms,frominitialideation toprototyping and development toimplementation in a manufacturing environment.
The essential requirements of the job include: Strong understanding of digital and analog circuit design including op-amps, sensor interfaces, filters, ADCs/DACs, and power regulationwith experienceinschematic capture,simulationand PCB design tools (Altium,KiCAD, Eagle, OrCAD, etc.).
Ability to develop, test, and debug hardware/firmware interactions using oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, DMMs, and other lab equipment.
Demonstrated ability to write clear documentation, including hardware specifications, test procedures, and firmware design notes.
Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements: It would be a plus if you alsopossesspreviousexperience in: Embedded communication protocols such as SPI, I2C, UART, CAN, and RS-485.
Integrating custom embedded hardware with industrial automation or PLC systems (EtherCAT, OPC-UA, Modbus, etc.).
The salary range for this role is$110-130K.This iswhat we believein goodfaithto bethe rangeofpossible compensationfor this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future. This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay. We offera comprehensivepackage of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance and 401(k) to eligible employees.
